Welcome to the USERS pages
These pages should contain most of the information you will need for sample preparation and imaging. We will update regularly the “Tutorials” section which will contain short documents regarding general guidelines (eg Microscopy guide) and specific techniques (eg deconvolution). Do not hesitate to contact LiMiF if you feel that a brief microscopy document regarding a specific topic should added to the Tutorials.
We also added a “User Protocol” section, in which any of your protocol regarding sample preparation (extraction, sectioning, cutting, staining, mounting…) and imaging will be added. For this section to be successful we will need users to send detailed protocols to the platform.
